Start with a single ball crate on a sunny Sunday Park pitch and grow it into a full Training Ground with a gym, rondo ring, free-kick wall, agility course and your own 7-a-side pitch. Sign young talents off the bus, carry balls and water bottles to keep the drills running, and collect training fees as your players improve. Every trainee has their own stats, position and rarity, from Common to the rare Wonderkid. When a player graduates, it's your call: sell them to a big club for a fat transfer fee, or promote them to your academy squad. Hop on the team bus for away matches, nail the Power Shot to score, and climb from the bottom division to the top of the league. Hire ball boys, water carriers, a receptionist, coaches and an accountant to automate your academy, then upgrade everything in the Manager's Office.
